Chuck Prophet returns with his first new release in two years, a digital single titled “High as Johnny Thunders.” The track is now available on streaming platforms everywhere.
“High As Johnny Thunders” was recorded live at The Make-Out Room in San Francisco with Aaron Lee Tasjan.
The track was recorded as part of Episode 3 of Southwest Airlines & Luck Reunion’s show, Sites & Sounds. In the episode, Chuck plays tour guide and takes Aaron Lee Tasjan to some of the best hidden spots in San Francisco: Grooves record store, The Make-Out Room concert venue, and Hyde Street Studios where The Rubinoos’ From Home was recorded.
