Opportunities
Marketing & Business Paid Internship – $10 per hour (must be North Carolina resident)
Now accepting applications! Yep Roc Music Group offers our Marketing & Business internship in the Winter/Spring, Summer, and Fall. Aspiring music industry professionals have the opportunity to learn about digital marketing, project management, streaming, and distribution, while gaining hands-on experience working at a renowned record label. Internship projects may include but are not limited to: writing and scheduling social media content; creating email campaigns; booking digital ads and analyzing their results; updating playlists; basic video editing; writing pitches for our streaming partners; A&R research.
This is a paid internship of $10 per hour (10-15 hours per week for a maximum of 16 weeks). You must reside in North Carolina (permanent residence or as a student) with a North Carolina address to be eligible for payment of wages. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9am – 6pm and we are located at 110 N Churton St., Hillsborough, NC 27278.
Qualifications
- Passion for music and interest in learning about the music industry
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media
- Familiarity with Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets
- Basic video editing skills a plus
