How do I update my shipping address or email address for Yep Roc Plus?
Your Yep Roc Plus subscription is tied to the shipping address you entered at the time you purchased the subscription. If you need to update where you receive your shipments, please contact us at [email protected].
UPDATING YOUR INFORMATION ON THE Y-STORE WILL APPLY TO FUTURE DIRECT PURCHASES FROM THE Y-STORE, BUT NOT TO YOUR YEP ROC PLUS SUBSCRIPTION. PLEASE E-MAIL US YOUR CHANGE OF ADDRESS AND WE WILL MAKE SURE FUTURE YEP ROC PLUS SHIPMENTS GO TO YOUR NEW ADDRESS.

How do I use my 15% “Plus” Discount at the Y-Store?
Simply log into your Y-Store account and the discount will be applied automatically at checkout. It is valid toward any Y-Store purchase, including sale items, and can be combined with other Y-Store discounts. Need help with your Y-Store account? Please contact [email protected].
How do I access the Yep Roc Plus private Facebook group?
After logging into your Facebook profile, go to the group page here and click on the button to request to join the group. Please allow 48 hours for requests to be approved.
Does this subscription include Record Store Day, limited edition and indie exclusive releases?
This subscription does not include reissues, Record Store Day and Record Store Day Black Friday releases, and indie retail exclusives. Occasionally, at Yep Roc’s discretion, we will include limited edition releases in our shipments. You will always receive advanced notice via email if you will be receiving these releases.
